STOCKING POLICY.

Problem: Duplicity.
Strongbow stocked on draught AND in bottles. Caffrey’s on draught, John Smith’s in cans and Guinness also on draught and in cans. The now very unpopular Bacardi Breezer still on stock.

Suggestion:
Complete review of stocking policy to reflect seasonal business and global trends with a view to reducing unnecessary holding. Review spirits to ensure all stock compliments instead of competes for attention on back bar.
Introduce a ‘World’s Best Cocktails’ menu the likes of which is unavailable in Paphos.
