IMMEDIATE ENVIRONMENT,

Problem: It doesn’t look finished. A holiday-maker’s pet-hate.
The immediate exterior looks cold and unwelcoming even though it has beer garden furniture. It is easily missed as a place to stop and be comfortable. The unfinished building work in the Piazza is a problem when attracting discerning clientele and younger children.

Suggestion:
If not able to complete building work, at least tidy it to a standard where it is safe, clean and utilised to an advantage. EG if a unit is NOT rented then use ITS window space as mural advertising for the units which are rented.
Soften immediate area outside with plants and timber-work screens.
