Review & Report
I would be happy to carry out a full, review of any bar operation and make a full report for you to act on as you see fit.

Consultancy 
If it were decided to be a suitable course I would of course be happy to implement any policies you agreed upon by imparting advice information and training to any person you nominated.  This would of course include recruitment and training of that person if you so wished.

Management Role 
Working closely with you or your nominated representative I would be happy to recruit and place and oversee the day to day management of the venue to a pre-agreed standard.

Personal Involvement / Business Partnership 
This would of course mean some discussion but at least I would be happy to guarantee results if I was to have personal involvement in the day-to-day operation of this or any aspect of the business.
